The Great Botanica Raffle

As a Not-For-Profit organisation, the National Trust relies on the generosity of donors and supporters. Every dollar received from The Great Botanica Raffle helps us to advocate, preserve, and celebrate our state’s rich built, natural and cultural heritage.  

The raffle is now closed and winners were drawn on Monday 20 May 2024.

Who we are   

Since 1956 the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) has been actively conserving and protecting the state’s heritage for future generations to enjoy. As an independent non-profit charity organisation, it is the leading operator of house museums and heritage properties in the state. The NTAV owns or operates iconic properties including Rippon Lea Estate, Como House and Garden, Old Melbourne Gaol, Waller House, Polly Woodside, alongside regional properties spanning Victoria. 

As a community-based member organisation, National Trust Australia (Victoria) are not part of government, nor receive any regular funding from the local, state or federal governments. The NTAV works with partners to deliver our mission to champion Victoria’s diverse heritage, embrace the complexity of the past, and inspire connections to place for the benefit of current and future generations. 

The NTAV strives to be the leading independent guardian of Victoria’s built, cultural and natural heritage, and defender of our sense of place and belonging in a changing world.

  • Raffle prizes winners will be contacted by email by: 5PM AEST, 20 May 2024 

 

The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, executive managers of The National Trust of Australia (Victoria); employees associated with the lottery draw. 

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older, and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor. 

Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 1,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize. 

Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 1,000. All tickets $5 each. 

Prizes winners will be contacted after the raffle is drawn. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified via email. The total retail value of all prizes is $2400

Unclaimed Prizes
Should you win a prize, and we can’t get hold of you instantly, we will continue to contact you. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 2 weeks from the date for which the original prize was drawn. 

Refunds
Requests for refunds must be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. 

The records held by the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) shall be deemed correct and final. Please call 03 9656 9800 for corrections.
